SPOKE
The spoke line, characterized by sharp edges unique to the forged machining process, is formed. The V-shaped spokes are delicate, featuring a linear concave shape that runs from the rim's outer circumference toward the center. By integrating sharp sub-spokes, individuality is enhanced.
CENTER PART
The design of the center part also carves the nut hole into a square shape, creating a complex form that is linked to the spokes. The center cap with a gear-like feel is engraved with the concept of DEVIDE LG-F, and the color is coordinated to match the wheels, creating a sense of unity.
FLANGE
The flange is linked to the concave face. It is recessed like a bowl, balancing sharpness and strength. The joint with the spokes features a shape that appears to pierce through, enhancing its sharpness. The DEVIDE and SSR logos are treated with milling, allowing the aluminum's inherent brilliance to shine.
Forging Technology
PressDEVIDE LG-F adopts a machining forge method. After forming billets cut to size in a 10,000t press ultra-high pressure forging machine, the rim is shaped while being pressurized through spinning. The complex and delicate design of DEVIDE LG-F is created through high-precision three-dimensional machining processing.
